SAFETY WARNING
All our products and packaging are not toys. Please do not allow your children and dogs to play with them. Dog Moda products are made from very high quality components, but because leather is a natural material that is effected by many factors we highly recommend that for yours and your pet‘s safety you examine pet's collars and leads regularly for any signs of wear and tear.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Receipt of Order
The placing of an Order by a Customer shall constitute an offer to purchase goods from the Company at the currently advertised price or that quoted by the Company. The Company shall have absolute discretion whether to accept such an Offer in whole or in part.
2. Offer and Acceptance.
If the Company, on receipt of an Order, decides in its absolute discretion not to accept the Offer, or any part of it, the Company shall advise the Customer of that decision and refund or return to the Customer the monies sent with the Order or that part of those monies that represents the advertised price of that part of the Order not accepted.
3. Availability of Stock.
The Company shall use its best endeavours to supply all items ordered within a reasonable period of time. If however the items ordered are not available the Company reserves the right to cancel any such Order and return the monies that represents the advertised price of that Order or part of the Order that is cancelled.
4. Cancellation or Amendment of Order
Except in respect of any Bespoke or Made to Order product a Customer may at any time before the day of despatch of the Order amend or cancel the Order without incurring any extra charge provided that in all cases where the Customer purports to amend or cancel the Order the Customer provides notice of that intention by email to orders@dogmoda.co.uk or by post to the returns department (address below) including the confirmation number of the Order and the name and address of the Customer. This does not affect any of the statutory rights of the Customer as a consumer.
5. Delivery
The Company is not responsible for any damage on delivered or returned items.
All in stock items will be dispatched without delay. Normal delivery in UK is 2-5 working days, but can take up to 10 working days from dispatch at busy times of the year, like Christmas.
While we do all we can to ensure good stock levels, inevitably we may become out of stock of some products. If for any reason a product is out of stock, the Company will notify the Customer of the expected delivery date. The Customer has the right to cancel the Order for that product and receive full credited in full for it if they do not wish to wait for late delivery.
Postage and Shipping
We ship to UK and Europe using 1st class recorded delivery mail. USA and worldwide orders are shipped by 1st class international recorded mail. Our postage and shipping costs are as below.

6. Title and Risk
Title to and risk in the products ordered by the Customer shall pass to the Customer on delivery of those products to the address supplied by the Customer with the Order and upon payment in full to the Company of the advertised price of the goods ordered.
7. Our Guarantee and Limitation of Liability
All products supplied by our Company have been carefully selected and manufactured to the highest standard. At Dog Moda we believe in 100% customer satisfaction and aim to provide the highest quality goods at all times. As all our products are hand made and due to the natural variations of leather, products may vary in colour, size and materials used from any photograph depicting that product whether on the web site, catalogue or any other advertisement and publication.
In the unlikely event of a Customer not being satisfied with any product supplied by the Company the Customer may return that item to the Company in its original and unused condition within 14 days of receipt, for a replacement or refund. No replacement or refund shall be due to the Customer until the Company has received the items returned and satisfied itself that the product is in its original and unused condition.
The Customer should keep the invoice or packaging slip as a proof of purchase and of this guarantee. This guarantee does not apply to any defect caused by misuse, accidental damage, neglect, unauthorised repair or modification, scratching, chewing, failure to follow proper washing and care instructions, or causes external to the product such as excessive heat, burning, cutting, or acts of God.
The Company cannot offer any refund or replacement for Bespoke and Made to Order products.
The Company‘s liability for any and all purposes including loss consequential to a breach of these Terms and Conditions or if any product supplied is in any way unsatisfactory, shall be limited to a maximum value equal to that paid by the Customer to the Company for the products in question.
8. Returns Policy
All returns must be send back within 14 days of purchase with a copy of e-mail invoice or the packaging slip which accompanied the goods. All notices of order cancellation or return of products must be made by email to returns@dogmoda.co.uk or in writing to the address below. All returned goods must be received in their original and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

The Company is unable to refund return shipping costs. When returning goods they remain the responsibility of the Customer until reaching the Company. Therefore, we strongly recommend that goods are send by recorded post. If returning genuinely faulty products or products send as a result of a mistake by the Company, the Company will pay for the cost of the postage for the return parcel. Otherwise, customer is responsible for the postage for the return parcel.
The Company cannot offer any refund or replacement for Bespoke and Made to Order products.
When the Company is liable to refund any amount to a Customer under these Terms and Conditions that refund shall be made by cheque to the Customer.
8. Value Added Tax
Dog Moda has VAT registration pending and does not, at this time, charge VAT on its products. However, it reserves the right to do so once registration is completed.
9. Text, Graphics and Photographs
All text, graphics and photographs used by the Company on this website, in the catalogue and any other advertisement, publication are owned by the Company and must not be copied, used, downloaded or distributed in any way except with the express written permission of the Company.
10. Errors
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all information provided by the Company is as accurate as possible we accept no liability for any errors or inaccuracies in the material published by the Company whether on the web site, in the catalogue or any other material produced and published by or on behalf of the Company.
11. Jurisdiction
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing between the Company and the Customer these terms and Conditions shall be governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
12. Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions shall override all other contractual terms other than those implied under sections 12 and 14 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
The Company reserve the right from time to time to amend or replace these Terms and Conditions. The publication of such amended Terms and Conditions on the Company‘s web site shall constitute sufficient notice of such amendments or replacement to all Customers.
Any amendment or replacement of the Terms and Conditions after an Order has been accepted in accordance with clause 4 above shall have no application to that Order.
Dog Moda are registering under the 1998 Data Protection Act and we do not share our customer information with any other companies. This site also conforms to the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000 and the E-Commerce Directive 2002.
13. Privacy Policy
We respect the privacy of all Dog Moda customers. The Company does not sell or otherwise provide any personal information pertaining its customers to third parties.
14. Copyright Notice
All our products, designs and material (including images and text on this website) that are created by the Company belong to eContex Ltd. or its licensed source and can not be used, copied, reproduced or modified partly or in whole in any form without our written permission. This copyright shall be strictly enforced and protected by English and international copyright laws.
15. Donations and Sponsorship
Every month we would donate a proportion of our profits to a nominated charity or offer sponsorship to a club or organisation of our choice. Please contact us for further details or if you would like to nominate your own club or charity.
We can only accommodate a limited number of requests for donations and sponsorship we receive each month from clubs, organisations and various groups. However we always try to do our best and will consider all requests send to donate@dogmoda.co.uk

16. Definitions.
In these Terms and Conditions the words and phrases listed shall have the following meanings.
"The Company" and "us" means eContex Ltd, Company No. 04513111, Gordon House, 6 Lissenden Gardens, London NW5 1LX, UK
"The Customer" and "you" means any person or organisation, whether incorporated or unincorporated, that has placed an Order with the Company.
"Order" means an order made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions on an Order Form, whether an order form published by the Company on its web site or any other document whether written or electronic or placed by telephone or fax or post providing the information required by the Company and in each case accompanied by full payment including Value Added Tax, postage and packing and transit insurance if required.
"Order Form" means a pre-printed order form issued by the Company or a copy of such a form.
"Made to Order" and "Bespoke"means any product that a customer has commissioned Dog Moda to make as a modified version of any item in the catalogue of the Company or made to any other exclusive design or specification and not being a standard product.
"Confirmation Number" means that reference number provided by the Company to the Customer identifying the order made by the Customer on acceptance of the Order from the Customer.
